Before using PixelBloom (hereinafter referred to as "this software" or "we"), please carefully read and understand this Terms of Service and Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using this software, you agree to be bound by all the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, please stop using this software immediately and uninstall it.
I. Service Description
Product Functions: PixelBloom is a smart tool designed to help users manage storage and enhance photos. Its main functions include, but are not limited to:
Photo Cleaning: Identifies and helps you clean up duplicate, similar, or redundant photos to free storage space.

Video Cleaning: Identifies and removes unnecessarily large or redundant video files.

Contact Cleaning: Scans and merges duplicate contacts and removes invalid entries.

Calendar Cleaning: Scans and manages duplicate or expired calendar events.

AI Photo Enhancement:
Photo Repair: Uses AI APIs to restore old, damaged, or blurry photos.

Colorization: Uses AI APIs to colorize black-and-white photos.




Service Model:
Unless explicitly authorized by you, all analysis, cleanup, or enhancement of personal data (photos, videos, contacts, calendars) is completed locally on your device. AI processing for photo repair or colorization may require temporary uploading of the selected image to our third-party AI API servers. Uploaded images are used only for processing and are deleted immediately after the process is complete.
II. User Behavior Guidelines
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

You shall not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of this software.

You shall not use the software to infringe on the privacy or rights of others.


III. Privacy and Data Protection
Types of Personal Information Collected:
Photo and Video Library Access: Required to perform cleanup, repair, and colorization. Local processing is prioritized; only selected images for AI repair or colorization may be uploaded temporarily to third-party servers.

Contact List Access: Required to perform contact deduplication. All operations are performed locally.

Calendar Event Access: Required for calendar cleanup. All operations are local.

Device Storage & Technical Data: Anonymous data collected to optimize algorithms and product performance.


How Information is Used:
Performing cleanup, AI repair, or colorization functions.

Conducting anonymous statistical analysis for product improvement.


Sharing and Disclosure:
Personal data (photos, videos, contacts, calendars) is never sold or rented to third parties.

Limited sharing may occur with trusted third-party AI providers for photo enhancement services. Data is transmitted securely and deleted after processing.

Disclosure may occur if required by law or to protect rights and safety.


Permissions:
Album/Storage: Required for scanning, analyzing, cleaning, and AI enhancement of photos/videos.

Contact: Required for deduplication.

Calendar: Required for event cleanup.
You may disable permissions in your device settings, but some features may not function if disabled.


IV. Disclaimer
PixelBloom is provided "as is" and may contain technical limitations.

AI repair or colorization results may vary; we do not guarantee perfect restoration.

Users are responsible for backing up important data before performing cleanup or AI enhancement. We are not liable for accidental data loss or changes.


V. Service Changes and Termination
We may modify, suspend, or terminate services at any time without prior notice.

Users may terminate services by uninstalling the software.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of this Agreement or applicable law.


VI. Fees
Free and paid services are offered. Paid services require payment of quoted fees ("Fees") at purchase.

Users are responsible for all related charges (data fees, currency conversion).

Fees are payable in the quoted currency. We may adjust currencies or prices, except where prohibited by law.

Specific duration fees remain in effect for that duration.


VII. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights of PixelBloom, including logos, designs, source code, and AI processing algorithms, belong to us.

Users retain ownership of AI-enhanced images, but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use anonymized examples for improving or promoting the App.


VIII. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
Disputes shall first be resolved amicably.

If negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to a competent court for resolution.
